• Notarial Deed (NV/BV);
• Copy of Passport (Director(s)/ Sole Proprietor)
• Police record expiration date no later than six (6) months (non nationals)
• Curriculum Vitae & Diplomas (Depending on the required expertise)
• Copy Census Registration (Local Director/Sole Proprietor)
• Copy of Permanent Residence Permit (only appliciable to non-nationals applying for a sole proprietor’s license)
• Receipt of Payment Processing Fee (Per application Naf.150,00/$84.75cash/$84.27 cheque)
